Who We Are
SIRCAT (Southwest Indiana Regional Coalition Against Trafficking) was started in July 2017 by a few caring citizens concerned with the lack of awareness and understanding on the problem of human trafficking in our communities. Founding members included the Indiana Trafficking Victims Assistance Program, University of Southern Indiana, Prevent Child Abuse, Albion Fellows Bacon Center, Aurora, Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office, and Hillcrest Youth Services. We continue to meet as a larger community and all are welcomed.
Our mission is to combat human trafficking in Southwest Indiana, work collaboratively with community partners to increase awareness, promote evidence based practices, identify victims, and to prevent and respond to the exploitation and human trafficking within our communities.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, our customer service manager ensures every interaction is a positive one. They keep communication clear, timely, and human.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Strategic planning (pre-planning committee), bridge committees-work with committee chairs on issues that come up, report to IPATH-attend core meetings at AG office and send a representative to attend committee meetings once a year, maintain and oversee email/Facebook/social media accounts and contacts.
